At ENVIROTECH, we’ve been at the forefront of environmentally responsible coating solutions for over two decades. The increasing global awareness and stringent legislation regarding Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) have transformed the coatings industry, particularly impacting oil-based products. This shift, driven by environmental concerns in regions like New Jersey, New York, California, and throughout Canada, is a positive and necessary change. For too long, the industry operated without sufficient checks, leading to significant, long-lasting environmental challenges in many regions worldwide.

Recognizing this critical need, ENVIROTECH’s commitment to eliminating maximum percentages of VOCs began more than twenty-five years ago. Long before government agencies mandated toxic warning labels, we were already producing truly safe products. Our coatings, then and now, consistently contain significantly less VOCs than current legislative requirements, with most ENVIROTECH Coatings/Finishes products having only trace amounts, and some none at all. We proudly state that ENVIROTECH’s products greatly exceed all known future legislative requirements – this is, and always will be, our company mandate.
